Hello, I'm Lisa Kops, a certified parenting coach with 27 years of experience as a mother (of five). I understand firsthand how overwhelming motherhood can be, but I've learned a lot about what works and what doesn't over the years.
In addition to my parenting expertise, I bring over 30 years of experience as a figure skating coach. I've had the privilege of working with both athletes and their parents, including guiding my own daughter to the Olympics.
My approach is collaborative and solution-focused. I aim to support you and your child as we celebrate both large and small accomplishments, identify their strengths, tackle any challenges, and create a clear action plan to achieve their goals. Throughout this process, I emphasize fostering a loving and supportive relationship built on secure and healthy attachments.
